The Beginning…

In 2001, a nice woman in her 50’s came to see me for a consultation and was concerned about signs of aging.  She said that she always looked tired and older than she felt.   As I listened to her concerns, I truly believed that it would be an injustice to recommend the same traditional procedure that had been done for years. She didn’t need it and I did not want to put her through it.  I needed to do something different and better for her. 

I believed that I could address all of her concerns by doing something innovative.  Ultimately, I would have to be able to provide her with the incredible results that she was looking for.  I would not use general anesthesia or IV sedation…which meant that it would be much safer.  She was relieved and excited about that! Through an innovative and quick new technique, I performed the entire procedure in about an hour!

Her result was amazing!  Afterwards, she looked years younger, refreshed, and completely natural.  I was able to obtain an incredible result!  However, unlike a traditional procedure, she was able to resume exercising and her busy lifestyle quickly*.  With her renewed confidence, she was ready to take on new challenges in her personal and professional life.  She was so happy, and her new look changed her life! 

After seeing what I could achieve with this procedure, I was even more upset thinking about how many other women were going under general and IV anesthesia and having a traditional procedure with sometimes unnatural results.  These people were recovering for weeks, sometimes months.  What an injustice!

There was a huge un-served group of people between 45 and 65.  I found most are too young to undergo a major traditional procedure; however need more than Botox® and skin treatments could provide.  But, these people wanted to look as young as they felt!  Besides the anesthesia and stress, who has the time to take weeks, sometimes months, to recover from a $10,000 traditional procedure?“Why would anyone ever want to put themselves through that?” I thought.  Most women had no choice but to just live with their aging or have some big expensive procedure.  Well, no more waiting!  Now they have a choice…  A Facial Firming Procedure by Lifestyle Lift®!

This was revolutionary and something ground-breaking.  I had to get the word out. I was on a mission!

The Mission…

I went to medical conventions explaining to my colleagues how patients could greatly benefit from this revolutionary technique. Yet, to my astonishment, my colleagues were still offering the traditional procedure to everyone!  Early on, I discovered each doctor that I spoke with was stuck in the old ways of doing things (besides the money they were charging the patients).  Most were unwilling to listen. 

I went on a personal crusade….showing as many people as possible what Lifestyle Lift could do for them. Now men and women could look remarkably younger without having to go through the traditional procedure! I went on nearly 40 news shows and was interviewed in magazines and newspapers across the country. The news cameras caught Lifestyle Lift patients having the procedure and walking out smiling in about an hour!

The demand for Lifestyle Lift was overwhelming.  People wanted Lifestyle Lift more than ever!  The procedure was featured on almost every news station ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX news!  PEOPLE WERE HAPPY AND LOVED THE RESULTS!  It was life changing for so many.  Soon after, word got out, and we were so backed up--patients had to wait almost a year for a procedure date. I had to make the Lifestyle Lift available to more people. 

The Lifestyle Lift Team…

Most “old school” doctors were still performing procedures the same way for years and years.   That motivated me to build a Lifestyle Lift team to challenge “the way it’s always been” and the price that has always been charged! More and more doctors are embracing the mission of Lifestyle Lift.  All Lifestyle Lift Doctors have been trained and specialize with Lifestyle Lift.

I continue to be committed to only working with the best of the best.  We refuse to train any doctors other than Plastic and Facial Plastic Surgeons. Lifestyle Lift could have grown much faster by accepting dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and other types of doctors.  But I knew, in order to offer our clients the very best results, we needed the very best doctors.

We now have incredible Doctors from Stanford, Duke, Tulane, Harvard, Vanderbilt and the Mayo Clinic, just to name a few.   Lifestyle Lift Doctors are so experienced and specialized that no one in the country even comes close.  They do more of these procedures in a year then most doctors do in a lifetime. 

The Battle …

Lifestyle Lift does not have a lot of friends with these “old school” doctors.  They are threatened. They do not like the simple and inexpensive technique we perform on thousands and thousands of people across the country every month. Heck, they are used to putting people to sleep and performing big, serious and expensive procedures! This is often how they justify themselves!  These doctors, their staff and patients are quick to talk bad about us.  They make up stories on the internet and tell patients Lifestyle Lift doesn’t work! What an injustice! This is why our mission is so important: To inform and educate people that there is a better way!
