QUESTION:  I’ve seen some critical comments on consumer review websites and Internet blogs from people who were dissatisfied with their Lifestyle Lift® experience.  What’s your response to those comments?

Lifestyle Lift® is the largest private practice of board certified (or eligible) doctors in the United States.  We’ve performed about 100,000 procedures, and we have thousands of satisfied patients across the United States.  We’re very proud of our team of physicians.  All are Board Certified specialists or are eligible for Board Certification.  The Lifestyle Lift® is a proven, safe, effective procedure. 

Results vary
When you are a leader in the industry and perform as many procedures as our practice does every year, you will have some clients who do not get the results they were hoping for.  Results and healing time vary from person to person; and sometimes, people just have unrealistic expectations.  That’s why the free consultation portion of our practice is a very important first step in considering whether a Lifestyle Lift® facial firming procedure is right for you. 

Critics
Being a leader in the field of facial rejuvenation also makes us a bigger target for critics, review websites, investigative news reporters or anyone else looking for dissatisfied clients.  While we’re disappointed in that, we accept it as a small price to pay for unlimited Internet access and the mass media we all enjoy today.

Every client receives a follow-up inquiry, like a check-up on us, to see how we’re doing.  Clients often tell us they believe they look ten years younger or more.  Some clients have called it a “life changing” experience.  Some results are dramatic, while others may simply make the client appear well rested, the same but better!

The Lifestyle Lift® is a surgical facial-firming procedure performed under local anesthesia; it usually takes about one hour* to complete but may require more time to achieve best results or if additional procedures are performed. Most Lifestyle Lift patients return to work and normal activities in about a week but some may need extra healing time, particularly if they elect to have additional neck or eye firming procedures.
