Jack Andrew Coleman, JR., F.A.C.S., M.D., of Nashville
 Dr. Jack Coleman graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and then did his internship and residency in General Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. He then entered the residency training program at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Hospital in Otolaryngology. His achievements have earned him the prestigious Honor Award from the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and as an innovator he has been asked to work with several companies on new products.
